Delivery
The calculation of delivery time is based on the date of approval of the proof and not from the date of the order. We reserve a time of 5 days for the production of your order after final approval. You must add to this the time for the type of delivery chosen.

Ex: You approve the proofs on Monday. You add a production time of 5 days which gives a date of shipment for the following Monday (Saturday and Sunday are days open). Allow 3 days for delivery with UPS, which gives a date of receipt for Thursday of the second week, or 8 days in total. If you have questions about shipping, please contact us.

Returns
No return is possible when your job is in production mode. You may cancel your order prior to approval of your proof (there may be a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount of your order). If you have questions or if you are not satisfied with your product upon receipt, you can submit a written complaint. See the section Contact us for our postal address.
